Holiday Shipping Update (US, CA, and MX)

At TILT, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please note that due to the holiday season, our fulfillment center will be closed on the following days:

Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 28, 2024
Christmas:  Wednesday, December 25, 2024

New Years Day: Wednesday, January 1, 2025

Additionally, due to increased holiday demand, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas for orders placed after December 13th. We encourage you to place your orders early to ensure they arrive in time for the holidays.

We know you want your new TILT stuff bad. Orders leave our warehouse every day at 3 pm EST Monday through Friday. Each order's tracking number is automatically emailed to its recipient as soon as they ship. Please email sales@tiltscooters.com if you believe there has been a problem with your order.

Shipping Policy (US)

TILT accepts orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders made on www.tiltscooters.com are processed (after credit card approval) and shipped from our distribution center in Michigan. All orders to the United States are shipped via FedEx Ground (under 150 lbs) or FedEx Freight (over 150 lbs). 

TILT does not pack and ship orders over the weekend and holidays. Orders shipped USPS may arrive on Saturday (at the post office's discretion), but all other methods of delivery do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

Orders normally ship within two to three business days. If your product is not available or if additional identification is required for credit card verification, TILT Customer Service will contact you. If you experience any shipping delays without warning, please email sales@tiltscooters.com and we will gladly expedite your order's processing.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from www.tiltlife.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to TILT.

Extended Shipping Policy (CA and MX)

International orders (including Canada) are subject to duties, customs, brokerage fees and value added taxes in which TILT does not calculate at the time of your purchase within the shopping cart. You are in fact the “Importer of record” when you order products from TILT and therefore these charges MUST be paid, by you, upon receipt of the invoice by the shipper. In some cases, the invoice from the carrier may arrive up to eight (8) weeks after your order arrives. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.

All orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped via UPS Standard or USPS Priority Mail International.
